So how does it work?

You decide how many hours of work you want to purchase in advance, the more hours you buy in one transaction the cheaper the hourly rate is. The hourly rate includes communication with us and the work that we do. When you run out of credit you simply just purchase more hours.
Once you have received confirmation of the payment you can either telephone on 0870 220 2051 ask for Howard and state that your call is regarding the "Can You Just" Service or you can submit your request by a web form.
Once we have received your request we will carry the work out for you.
At the end of the month or when you run out of credit you will receive a summary of the work that has been carried out and the length of time it has taken.
